PE resin: is by the monomer ethylene polymerization and become, as a result of the polymerization reaction conditions such as pressure, temperature is different when polymerization, can get different density of resin, so there is high density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene and low density polyethylene points. In the processing of different types of PE pipe, according to the different application conditions, the use of resin brand is different, and the requirements for extruders and molds are also different.
PE water supply pipe: PE pipe for water supply is the replacement of traditional steel pipe and PVC drinking water pipe. Water pipe must bear a certain pressure, usually to choose a large molecular weight, good mechanical properties of PE resin, such as HDPE resin. LDPE resin has low tensile strength, differential pressure, poor rigidity, poor dimensional stability during molding and difficult connection, so it is not suitable to be used as material for water supply pressure pipe. But because of its high sanitation index, LDPE especially LLDPE resin has become a common material for the production of drinking water pipes
