Installation diagram and description of drip irrigation system
The complete drip irrigation system consists of four parts: water source part, front displacement button, distribution and distribution pipe network, and drip device, as shown in the figure above.
1. Water sources: Common water sources include rivers, lakes, well springs, pits, ditches, reservoirs, groundwater and mixed water, which can be used as drip irrigation water sources;
2. Head displacement: it is the center of operation and control of the whole drip irrigation system. Combined with the water source project, its function is to provide constant and clean water that meets the drip irrigation requirements, and it is the power and flow source of the system. As shown in the figure, it includes water pump, control valve, measurement and control instrument, fertilization device and filtration system (the function is to remove impurities in the water source and prevent plugging of drip head).
3. Water transmission and distribution network: the water treated by the front displacement is transported and distributed to each irrigation unit and emitter according to requirements. As shown in the figure: including the main pipe, branch pipe, and capillary pipe 3 and the corresponding tee, straight, elbow, valve and other components.
4. Dripper: It is the core component of drip irrigation system. Water flows into the drip irrigation tube with a capillary, which then infuses the irrigation water into the soil under a certain working pressure. Water drips out or seeps through the emitter at a constant low rate and diffuses around the soil. There are two kinds of drip irrigation pipe and drip irrigation belt. Drip irrigation pipe or drip irrigation belt type dripper is composed of a drip head and a capillary tube, which has the function of water distribution and dripping.
5. Embedded patch drip irrigation pipe or drip irrigation belt is a drip irrigation pipe or drip irrigation belt with chip droplet heads embedded in the inner wall of the pipe (belt) line. It is a new generation of water-saving irrigation products developed on the basis of cylindrical droplet flow pipe and an economical water-saving product, which ADAPTS to the development requirements of precision agriculture. It has wide filtering area and channel cross section size, strong anti-clogging performance, full turbulent flow, water uniformity up to 5%, drip head directly welded to the inner wall of the pipe, small pressure loss, high irrigation precision, flat laying length up to 120 meters.
6. Drip irrigation system can be widely used in fields, greenhouses and forest belts.
