PP pipe, pipe fitting bonding method
1. Wipe the socket side and the outside of the socket with dry cloth before bonding the pipe and fittings. Wipe the surface with acetone when there is grease.
2. The pipe section should be flat, vertical pipe axis and chamfered; Before bonding, the insertion line should be drawn and the test insertion should be carried out. The test insertion depth can only be inserted to 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the original depth. If the clearance is too large, the bonding method is strictly prohibited.
3. When applying adhesive, the inner side of the socket should be applied first, then the outer side of the socket. When applying adhesive, an appropriate amount should be evenly applied from axial direction to the outer side.
4. After the adhesive is applied, it is advisable to keep the external force applied unchanged within 1 minute, and keep the straightness and position of the interface correct.
5. After the completion of the bonding, wipe off the extruded excess adhesive in time, and do not force or force load during the curing time.
6. Adhesive joints shall not be constructed in rain or water, and shall not be operated under 5℃.
7. Connection procedure: preparation → cleaning face → trial insertion → brush adhesive → bonding → curing.
